Helping people and systems think differently about health, behaviour and change

Some people have to work harder than others just to get through the day. When managing a health condition, supporting a struggling child, or leading a school community through challenges that don't fit into existing systems, it can feel like the usual approaches just don’t help.

I work with individuals and schools at the intersection of health, psychology and real life, helping people understand what's getting in the way, and find approaches that actually work for their circumstances.

I bring over twenty years of experience in education, a decade of coaching, and specialist training in health psychology to every piece of work I do.

    Adults

My work with adults is goal oriented. During online or in person sessions, we will identify the changes you want to bring about and then work together to make those a reality.

    Teens

Through online or in person sessions, I work with teens to manage stress, build confidence and develop resilience. I also support those who experience difficulties managing or attending school.

    Schools

I work collaboratively with schools to remove barriers to learning, particularly for students with attendance issues, wellbeing concerns and chronic health conditions.
