I support adults navigating significant life changes or managing chronic physical conditions, as well as those seeking to make meaningful, positive changes to their wellbeing and lifestyle.
I have particular experience supporting those experiencing grief, health anxiety and new diagnoses, as well as parents of children with physical conditions and social, emotional and mental health needs. I also work with families during the perinatal period.
All sessions can be held online or in-person in central Stroud.

Navigating Change
A block of sessions, offering support during periods of change, whether you are adjusting to new circumstances or working towards a specific behaviour change goal.
Six, 50 minute sessions, in person or online

Teens
I support adolescents (aged 11-18) to manage stress, improve resilience and develop positive coping strategies.
I have particular experience supporting adolescents living with chronic physical health conditions and those who face difficulties attending school.
All sessions can be held online or in-person in central Stroud. Please note that I do not offer individual sessions for teens, as it is important to develop a strong working relationship to encourage open dialogue.

Early Support
A short block of sessions offering a supportive, focused space to talk things through and begin developing practical strategies to feel more confident and in control.
3 × 50 minute sessions, in person or online

A longer block of sessions, to support teenagers through periods of change, pressure, or transition, helping build confidence, strengthen coping strategies, and improve wellbeing.
